Beaver Scout Leaders and Cub Scout Leaders should advise ADC Cubs of interest in attending, before end of January, so that coach transport can be booked. Cost likely to be in the region of £20 to £25 including admission and transport.
Coaches have booked coaches for the Fun Day. Cubs are allocated 178 seats. The cost will be £20 per cub. Seats will be allocated on a first come basis. To secure your places please send money to District badge secretary with the number of places you require and let ADC Cubs me know the number of adults and children. This needs to be by the end of February when the booking for Gilwell opens.
We would ask that initially just the adult ratio is used, 1 to 8 plus 1. Extra adults will be welcome, either if there are spaces on the coaches or by making their own way to Gilwell. Adults are free.
