This badge worn on Sea Scout uniform by members of a Sea Scout Group which has Royal Navy recognition as defined in the Memorandum of Agreement

A maximum of 105 Sea Scout Groups in the UK can hold this status at any given time. Currently this District is home to two such Sea Groups, namely 1st Hampton Hill (Achilles) and Petersham & Ham Sea Scouts. Only members of these Groups and their associated Explorer Units may wear this badge.
