10th Teddington announcement

I am delighted to announce that, with immediate effect, Matt Read is appointed Group Scout Leader, 10^th Teddington. Matt will be developing the Group and leading it into a new era of further growth. Keith Wincott is appointed Deputy Group Scout Leader, 10^th Teddington and will be supporting Matt.
