Souwest 2023 is here and we are looking for our cast!
If you like singing, acting & dancing and want the chance to star in a theatre show in February 2023- then please carry on reading!
WHAT IS A GANG SHOW?
The Gang Show is a theatre show in a professional theatre (in Sutton).
The Show is a combination of acts. These include singing, dancing & sketches.
WHO TAKES PART?
Our cast are all part of Scouting or Guiding, in South West London region.
Our cast ages range from 9 years old to adults.
DO I NEED ANY THEATRE EXPERIENCE?
No!
We want to be able to give the opportunity for our local Scouting/Guiding members to take part & perform in a variety show in a professional theatre.
If you like to sing & act & are willing to commit to our rehearsals, then we want you in our Show.
WHEN IS IT?
You will need to commit to all performances during the week of the Show in Sutton.
The dates of the performances are:
Dress rehearsal on 14th February 2023
Performances on 15th-18th February 2023.
You will also need to commit to our rehearsals- these take place in Worcester Park on Sunday afternoons (normally 12pm-5pm).
There will be a couple of Saturday rehearsals as well in 2023.
Rehearsals take place in November 2022 / December 2022 / January 2023 / February 2023.

We have ‘Join the Gang’ sessions in October for you to come along to – to find out more information on the Show, who we are and what we are planning for our 2023 Gang Show.
Don’t worry if you are coming along alone- there will be plenty of people that you will meet- we are looking for a cast of approx 100 people!
We will ask you to sing and speak at the session, so we can have an idea of acts we will place you in.
To be part of the Souwest Gang, you will need to attend 1 of these sessions.
They are on Sunday, 16th October 2022 & Sunday, 23rd October 2022.
