Sixteen of Richmond District’s finest Scouts and Explorers received their Jack Petchey Achievement Awards in a ceremony held in Chessington on the 13th November. Over 100 Scouts and Explorers – as well as 12  Leaders – from the whole of Greater London South West Scout County attended and were presented their awards by the Mayor or Deputy Mayor of their respective District. The presentation was made to Scouts from Richmond upon Thames the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Boroughs of Merton, Sutton and Croydon.

Amongst the leaders presented with awards was Rabiya from 3rd Heathfield Scout Group.
