Following a final risk assessment before the event a number of new risks have come to light which cannot be adequately controlled.
Consequently, after consultation with the team, I have had to make the difficult decision to cancel the event this Sunday.
I apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience but the safety and well-being of all participants is paramount.
