Day Prowl 2022 has been cancelled
This week, the Corporation of the City of London (the owners of Burnham Beeches) provided a map showing a new “out of bounds” area within Burnham Beeches.
This new “out of bounds area” means that the route that most teams would follow between two of the checkpoints cannot now be used. The alternative routing would entail walking along a narrow twisting road for about ½ mile which would not meet the requirements of our Risk Assessment.
In view of this late change, the organisers have no option but to cancel this event.
Apologies to all those who were looking forward to participating.
