2nd Teddington complete the Monopoly Run 2023

Big day out in London

for Scouts taking part in the Monopoly Run on 4th March. With around 8000 people taking part, the streets of London were flooded with Scouts and Guides from all over the country.

Along with a number of other Groups and Units from our District, 2nd Teddington Scouts entered two teams.

This is what they said:

“It was challenging and exhausting – we clocked up a minimum of 26000 steps each! We walked, ran, boarded buses and tubes in our race around London to buy (and rent 😫) the streets and stations of the Monopoly board.

Along the way we completed challenges and quizzes to earn extra ‘money’, we passed GO and stopped at several Greggs for donuts”🍩
