How We Inspire Our Future Adventurers : A Conference for Adventure Leaders from across London
Save the date: Saturday 14th March 2026
Adventurous Activities in the Outdoors is a central element of Scouting. This conference will bring together the London 
Adventure teams from all of our Counties and Districts to share good practice, build upon what we have today and shape the Adventure Offering from London into the 2030’s.
So, however you are involved, in your District Leadership Team, delivering Adventure in the programme, as an Activity Instructor, as an Activity or Nights Away assessor or Manager of the Activity Permit Scheme please save the date so that you can help shape the London Region in our new Scouting Strategy.
The day will include a keynote speaker who has led adventure to extreme locations.
There will also be sessions on:
- Showcasing some of our great facilities
- Providing challenging adventures safely
- Our approach to Assessing permits
There will also be discussions and break-out sessions to develop a coordinated approach across London.
